We participate in several events in the community. Join us! Help us get the word out about the events on social media, your work, church, school . . . anywhere you meet up with people. We often need help at these events. Let us know you're available to pitch in.
Consider hosting a bake sale, organizing a supply drive . . . the options are endless. Contact us so we can help you get the resources you need to create an amazing event.
Share posts on social media. When friends and family are looking to add a pet to their family, send them to us.
When we welcome new guests, we often need help getting their medical assessment and initial preventative care started. Creating their official LIFE House record and establishing their overall health condition is imperative to the path of moving from LIFE House guest to lifelong companion.
We network with shelters and rescues across Kentucky and beyond. We occasionally need volunteers to help transport animals from areas where shelters have a surplus of animals to areas where there is a surplus of adopters.
Provide love, care, and a home for one (or more!) of our animals until they are ready to find their family.
Instead of adopting through a breeder or pet store, adopt one of our amazing animals. Your life will never be the same!
