This handsome tabby boy is Asher. He was born in 2019.
Asher is a timid boy, but he wants human companionship. It took a bit of time for him to get used to all the new sights, sounds and people at LIFE House, but he came a long way in a few weeks. As shown in a few of his photos, he loves the big box in his cat room, but he often peeks his head out to be petted. Initially, he had a hard time coming out to meet people, but now he walks around in the cat room seeking out affection. Once you start petting him, he doesn't want you to stop-- he's very cuddly and sweet once he trusts you, and he purrs loudly as soon as he gets any attention.
Asher is comfortable with people and other cats. He would do best in a quiet household, with someone who will be patient with him and earn his trust and affection.
