Porter is a little fluff ball who was born with deformed front legs. He is a bouncy, fluffy and energetic pup anyway and wants to play! The specialists consulted suggested not doing any surgery, just keep him off hard rough surfaces so he doesn't rub his elbows raw. With his fluffy fur, that shouldn't be a problem as he would stick to a rough surface like Velcro. As a Pomeranian pup, we expect he will be held and carried most of the time anyway so there won't really be a change in lifestyle! He is very young so it will be months before he will be big enough for a neuter surgery. As such, he can be available for foster to adopt to the right family, until we can get him through the vet process.
