Patches is a Basenji/Corgi mix who was born approximately 2012. He was relinquished by his previous owner through no fault of his own. Patches is a sweet, friendly little fellow who is doing his best to keep his spirits up and make friends. He weighs 23 lbs. but needs some help getting down to a healthier weight.
