Training-wise, Luna knows basic commands and responds well when she has consistency, structure, and a strong bond with her person. She is intelligent, eager to please, and very people-oriented. She loves car rides in the, and does well with routine. Because she has experienced a significant amount of instability and stress recently, continued confidence-building and structured training would be very beneficial for her. She knows her basic commands, and will perform may off-leash. She needs to work on loose-leash walking in scenarios that are high distraction. She does not like barriers such as gates and windows when people or other dogs are in sight. She will bark and takes time to settle back down at times. As mentioned, recently introductions with strange dogs has pushed her beyond her threshold - overexcitement and frustration with the leash/fence is adding to that. She loves being outside, ad would lounge out there all day if she could!
