I've found my furever family!

Hi! My Name Is Jesse

We're happy to tell you that Jesse has a new furever home.
Please visit our Available Dogs Page to see the pups currently available.

Jesse is confused.  He thinks when you put a leash on him, he becomes the anchor man in a rope pulling contest.

Maybe we should have named him Clifford.  7 months old 77lbs.

For some more recent information on Jesse, (5/11/23) he is now 68 lbs. Maybe his theme song should be Whole Lotta Love?  He might have some  Great Pyrenees lineage as he has the tiniest second dew claw that he is finally large enough to see. He has that lumbering big dog way of moving that takes a while to get to full speed. His Zoomies around the yard are not the fastest in the time trials, but it looks fast!  His current playmate in the yard is Aspen.

2/20  Jesse is back from the vet and ready to go home! He is a goofy and friendly pup who will be glad to take up your whole couch.

1/27  Both Puppies are eating well and feeling much better!  They still have a ways to go to get up to their best weight.

1/20 Jessie is back home, looking a little thin, but happy to be back where he will receive lots of treats and love from our volunteers who will help him get back to 100%.  1/11  Jesse is from a litter of puppies that were being given away. We were able to take two.  He is a happy pup that is going to be huge!  Shortly after arriving, he started to slow down.  The vet found he was Parvovirus positive and we began treatment. Parvo is a potentially fatal disease. The survival rate of dogs treated by a veterinarian is 68 to 92 percent, and most puppies that survive the first three-to-four days make a complete recovery.
