We had a stray show up 5 days ago. We cannot keep him. We have posted in several community groups as well as asked some neighbors. I also took him to our local vet for a chip scan and he was not chipped. He is 1-1 1/2 male. He is so timid and sweet. Although he was not showing any signs of worms i had the vet give him dewormer.
We are located in Tyner Ky. However I can meet in Richmond KY or off exit 104 or in Nicholasville. I will also donate 100 toward vaccines and vet visit.
Issues: I have a 10 year old husky who doesn't like him and is attacking him over food, he is still in the puppy chewing stage and as a full time student and mom of 3 boys I don't have the time to work with him.
He walks good on a leash and has now had a few pee accidents in my home. He is doing awesome in a crate.
He seems to like chasing cats and chickens but has not hurt them. Just a puppy that needs to learn i think!
He would do awesome with a fenced yard (which i do not have) because he loves it outside or as an indoor dog. He gets along with other dogs. Has been great with my kids ages 15,12, and 5. I have a cat indoors who he hasn't bothered but he hasn't been left alone with her. As i said we have seen him chase our chickens and outdoor cats but never hurt them as of yet.

He may have been mistreated in the past as hes very shy and timid. Hes a sweet boy and deserves a loving home. I am shocked how well behaved he is for a stray!
