Dusty is a wirehaired terrier mix who was born approximately mid-August 2021. He and his brother Dash came to us from the Owenton area after they were rescued by a Good Samaritan. Both boys are as just sweet as can be! They seem to make friends with everyone they meet and are typical puppies - energetic, silly, playful, curious. . . .and have a lot to learn about life in order to become a good canine citizen. Dusty weighed 13 lbs. in early Nov. but still has quite a bit of growing left to do.
Adopting a puppy is a bit like having a toddler in the home! Dusty will need time and patience over the next several months when it comes to his house-breaking, learning good manners, and all the puppy shenanigans he will undoubtedly get into.
