Cody is a smart, affectionate, and playful young pup who’s looking for his forever family! This adorable Australian Cattle Dog mix (DNA test verified-47% Australian Cattle dog with a touch of Australian Shepherd and Border Collie!) was rescued after being found in the middle of the road — and has been deeply loved by his foster family ever since.

His current family has two other dogs and young kids, and although they adore him, they want what’s best for him long-term.

Cody would thrive in a home with room to run and someone who can give him time, structure, and continued training. He’d love a canine sibling to play with, or an active family who enjoys outdoor time. His herding breed background means he’s loyal, smart, and full of energy — but he also knows how to slow down and snuggle and has been known to chill at your feet for hours and snooze or gnaw on a bone.
