Carmel is a collie mix was born approximately November 2014. She originally came to our shelter as a puppy but was recently returned to us through no fault of her own. Carmel is a sweet girl who is doing her best to stay positive despite her situation, and is quick to smile at the new friends she is making. She is ready to find that special person or family who will love her for the rest of her life! Carmel weighs 81 lbs. Carmel does not do well with small dogs.
