Buddy is a great dog. He listens very well and does not require a leash when letting him in and out. He currently is not a house dog because he tends to chew on everything. He gets very bored easily. He is crated in the garage at night and is able to run in the afternoons when we are home from work. He needs a family that gives him plenty of room to run around. He could potentially be a house dog but he would need someone with a constant eye on him because he will randomly pick up things and chew. If we had more time and didn't live in a neighborhood like setting we would allow him to stay 24/7 outside like he enjoys but we don't have that ability. He is wonderful with people, kids and other animals. We just want him to find a home where he can be truely happy. We are both working outside the home and three very active children. When school is going on we are constantly on the road which means he must be locked up. That is no way for him to live. We have tried to surrender him several times to the local animal shelter but we have had no luck or communication after submitting the paperwork. We are sad to see him leave us but it's in the best interest of him. He will make someone a wonderful pet.
