Terms & Conditions*
- I understand that I am making a lifetime commitment of companionship in regard to this animals welfare. I agree to notify LIFE House for Animals if I decide at any time that I can no longer keep or care for the animal.
- I understand that the LIFE House for Animals cannot guarantee the health, temperament or training of the animal being adopted.
- I promise that I will never overlook my responsibilities for this living being and recognize that my pets welfare is totally dependent on me.
- I will always provide fresh water and quality food. I will also socialize my pet by providing exposure to people and other animals.
- I will take pride in my pets appearance, behavior and health. I will seek regular and necessary grooming and behavior training when necessary.
- I will take my pet to the vet regularly, keep all vaccinations current as well as recommended preventative care.
- I will be aware of my responsibilities to my neighbors, community and laws pertaining to pets. I will pick up and properly dispose of my pets waste.
- I will ensure the proper amount of exercise and mental stimulation, appropriate for the age, breed and energy level of my pet.
- I will ensure that my pet has some form of Identification including a pet tag and/or a microchip.
