This guy...man is this guy one sweet little nugget. Scooter is four years old and weighs around 15 pounds. He is the perfect age, over the puppy stage but still young and active! He is one smart little cookie too. He has not had the best luck around small children so will either need a home with well-behaved or older kids to teach him not all are scary. He is a great little fella that loves to sit in laps and be held.
Our adoption fee helps offset the cost of preparing our guests to enter a forever home! While expenses for each animal varies, the average healthy dog or cat receives $500 in medical treatment between intake and adoption. Variables in the cost are conditional based on guest needs with some topping out at thousands of dollars.
