Walter has behavioral issues we are not equipped to handle. He is scared constantly, very bad separation anxiety, very reactive to dogs and people, which make it difficult to walk him in our neighborhood. We think hes a good dog though, he doesnt bite out of aggression just fear, and is usually pretty chill in our home. He cuddles with us a lot and can be playful.
