I'm ready for my new family!

Hi! My Name Is Stella 5384C

I'm Available

This dilute calico girl is named Stella. She was born in late 2022. According to information her rescuer gathered from neighbors, Stella's owner was an older person who either passed away or had to move to a nursing home. It seems that when the owner left, the cat was turned out of the apartment. The rescuer began feeding Stella and noticed she had a wound on her nose. She sought veterinary care for Stella and explained that she could not keep her because she already had a cat that does not get along with others. While being treated at the vet, Stella tested positive for FIV, an autoimmune disorder that is spread through deep bites. FIV cannot be transmitted to people or dogs. As long as cats do not engage in aggressive fighting behavior, FIV-positive cats can safely live with non-FIV cats in the same household. Stella is very curious and sociable; she enjoys being around people. She is currently in foster care with a LIFE House foster mom.
